The main forming machine has 7 rollers steps,the shaft diameter is 40mm.We adopt memorial arch frame to ensure stablity.the roller is made up with GCr12MoV,while the shaft is 45#.Usually the speed can be 25m/min,gear transportion.The total power is 6kw.
we add a punching device before forming for some holes.
