2016-08-23 special shape making machine

Yesterday our customers who want to buy special shape pipe making machine came to our factroy and tested machine.

For the spcial pipe making machine, normally speaking, we have two types making method. If the material is not too thick and the customer like interlocked method, we will make special shape pipe by interloacked method. If the customer needs seamless pipe, we will use the welding method to make the pipes from raw material coil.

However, there is one type special shape pipe, like those pipes are used for staircase or some special usage, meanwhile they want to save the cost of the machine, in this condition, we will use the second shape Roll Forming Machine. By this type machine, we make special pipe from round pipe and then do the shaping by machine.
