2017 New Type metal sheet wall panel making machine
In modern times, the new type building construction is more and more important. The steel Wall Panel Sheet and roof tile sheet are the essential material. The sheet mostly is used for wall and roof, the thickness is from 0.3mm to 0.8mm. my machine can form the color caoted steel, galvanized steel and aluminium. Especially, the trapezoidal shape can be done for the single panel also can be the step tile sheet. The profiles can be customized as client's request. We adopt the upright pillar for the press unit and cutting syste, each head will be drived by two cylinders, by the design concept it can balance the pressure and make the cutting more steady and sharply and prolong the life-span. 
The details of the Tile Making Machine:
1. Rolling station: 13-16 stations(depends on the profile drawing and material thickness)
2. Driving motor power: 5.5kw
3. Working speed: 12m/min
4. Roller and shaft material: 45# steel
5. Shaft diameter: 70-80mm
