(BIG 5PMV) is a professional exhibition focused on the construction equipment, machinery, tools and vehicles in the Middle East. Today, the fiery and sustained development of the construction market in the Middle East has led to a strong demand for construction equipment, materials, construction machinery and vehicles, attracting global attention.

The double layer roll forming machine can make the steel wall panel and the Roofing Panel for the steel house, one machine can produce two profiles. While the single layer machine can produce one profile.
3 The keel roll forming machine
Zhongtuo factory is professional make the keel roll forming machine as below, there are one machine for one profile and one machine for different kinds of profiles. For example. 60*27/27*28 profiles, you can order two machines, and you can order one machine with two molds, and you also can order one machine with two separately production lines.
There are other profiles machines, such as, the Omega, the C stud and the U track, the L corner bead and so on.
4 Purline roll forming machine
The purlines roll forming machine is used for making the stell frame purlines, such as the C purline, the Z purline, the CZ Purline. About the purline machines, there are full automatic one and manual adjustable machines. The C purline can our machine can make is from 80-300mm, and the Z purlin our machine can make is 100-300 mm.
5 Other cold bending roll forming machines
The cold bending roll forming machine is with the same operating principle,it make the shape by many stations of the rollers, to bend the sheet little by little. To form the shape, not not bring any damage to the GI or PPGI.
